Biography:
On the cold day of November 28, the cries of a single child filled the delivery room as the black, white and blue wolf pup was brought into the world. Even the doctor's had to admit that she had a set of lungs on her, before she was placed in her mother's arms where she quieted down and falling asleep promptly. She would be named Tarumi-Uta Hanairo, Tarumi after her grandmother who she would never have the chance to meet. Uta after her aunt that was also her godmother and Hanairo after her mother.
Her parents absolutely adored her and she grew up as a happy child, although an only child. For whatever reason her parents were unable to have anymore children and as such gave all their attention to her. As well she had her aunt around all the time, someone else to care for her and everything. Unfortunately when she was young her grandfather would pass away as well, so her memories of him would be hazy at best. And her father's parents were long gone.
Also when young it would be discovered the girl had a wonderful singing voice, and so she was encouraged to develop it by being put in classes and taught by singing teachers. She enjoyed music a lot, and that was her main passion. Otherwise in school she was an average student, had to study just as much as others and the like.
One could describe herself as uneventful in a happy way, with no big problems or disasters. She won awards for her singing and was even going to attend a prestigious college to continue her vocal studies. However, that would all change the day of her 17th birthday. They had decided to have a celebration at home, and amongst the festivities, something would go wrong. The house lit on fire, a terrible blaze that burned their home to the ground. The fire department would later be unable to pinpoint the cause of the fire, only knowing it started in the kitchen. During the fire she would lose everything and everyone that she loved. Her parents and her aunt were caught in the fire and burned alive while Tarumi barely escaped with her life. In fact she was badly burned, trapped underneath beams and got lucky that the firefighters arrived soon enough to find her and pull her free. The fire would be the last thing that she ever saw...
When Tarumi woke in the hospital she came to find that along with losing her parents, she had lost her eyesight. At the same time she had been pinned by beams, one on fire had fallen across her muzzle, leaving a nasty scar that would never go away and the fire had destroyed her retina. This sent Tarumi into a spiraling depression, and ever since she has not spoken once, let alone sing. Although many people have tried to get her to open up again, she refuses to speak to anyone, or to get any help with adjusting to life as one of the blind.
To this day she is still having trouble getting around, mute and basically homeless except for the shelter that let's disabled homeless stay with them. Most of the time she spends in the park by the lake, in a fairly secluded spot... The question remains, will anyone ever be able to get her to open up again, and start going after her dreams?
